American citizen

United States visa
You can apply for different visas for United States. If you are traveling for less than 90 days and you qualify for visa waiver program (VWP) so you do not need a visa for this trip. If you do not qualify for this program you have to issue non-immigrant visa, you will find all requirements needed to issue non-immigrant visa. For immigrant visa there are 4 kinds: immediate relative, that applies if you are: The spouse or minor unmarried children of a United States citizen or the parents of a United States citizen who is over the age of twenty-one.
Fiancé (e) visa which is applicable for people intending to marry an American citizen and reside in the states, this type of visa allow the applicant to enter the states for 90 -180 days to complete the marriage they have to apply to the (USCIS) to extend their stay in the United States and after 2 years apply once more to remove the conditional stay. employment visa you go for this type if you are: Priority Worker who have extra ordinary abilities , Member of a Profession holding advanced degree and exceptional abilities , skilled worker holding baccalaureate degree in a profession that have shortage in the United States. Investor who intend to invest about 500,000 – 1,000,000 $ and employ at least 10 unrelated employees.
diversity lottery visa, this type of visa have conditions that changes every year at the admission time on October and the electronic lottery takes place on November/December to be eligible you must have completed a minimum of twelve years education including FOUR years of high school which must be the equivalent of a U.S. High School diploma .
