    United States visa
    If you are Vietnamese planning to visit the United States for a limited period of time, you have to issue non-immigrant visa. You will find all requirements needed to issue non-immigrant visa, including the categories for the visa and specific requirement for every category
    The visa waiver program this programs permits applicant, who qualify for the program, to enter the United States for limited period of time with no need for visa

    immigrant visa varies according to your case: immediate relative if you are: The spouse or minor unmarried child of a United States citizen or the parent of a United States citizen who is over the age of twenty-one then you apply for immediate relative visa . Intending to marry an American citizen and reside in the United States? you have to apply for Fiancé(e) visa, this visa allows you to enter the states for 90 -180 days to complete the marriage then you apply to the (USCIS) to extend your stay in the United States and after 2 years apply once more to remove the conditional stay . if you are: Priority Worker who have extra ordinary abilities , Member of a Profession holding advanced degree and exceptional abilities , skilled worker holding baccalaureate degree in a profession that have shortage in the United States , Investor who intend to invest about 500,000 – 1,000,000 $ and employ at least 10 unrelated employees then employment visa is your choice.

    general requirements: minimum of twelve years education including FOUR years of high school which must be the equivalent of a U.S. High School diploma . The specific regulation changes every year due to United States security
