The US embassy in Phnom Penh now offers various services and information for her citizens in Cambodia for example:
If a new us citizen was born he/she could be registered in the embassy to get his / her birth certificate , national security number and the American passport , if he / she meets the required qualifications for the American nationality if you want issue your American passport for the first time , renew your passport , report a stolen passport & replace it by a new one or even you want to add extra pages for your passport , the embassy will provide all the forms that you need to complete these processes and they specified certain hours for accepting these applications .
Fees are ranging from 75 $ to 100 $ according to the demanded service.
The embassy does the citizens many public services as notary services, providing tax forms, wiring money to Cambodia.
Warden system for us citizens in Cambodia

applicant with the forms needed for application along with a list
of required documents, photo requirement and qualification needed
to issue the visa
The fees for non immigrant visa is 131 $ us dollars non refundable
fee which should be paid at the embassy cashier in the day of the
interview
